Rebecca Eller

Rebecca Eller, MSPT, RYT, and Mindfulness Instructor has devoted 20 years of study to help children integrate and regulate their body systems, learn and develop their identity from a safe place within and be more engaged and independent in their life experience. Rebecca is currently the Physical Therapist and Mindfulness Instructor in Lodi School District where she works with students and staff to practice skills of awareness, self regulation and connection to help explore and maintain the integrity of their well being. She teaches adult and youth Mindfulness and Stress management classes in schools and her community and has taught Mindful Being in Education courses in several schools in Dane County. Rebecca co-authored Mindful Being in Education (a 1-3 credit graduate level class available through Edgewood College) and Mindful Minute Meditation Cards to help facilitate mindfulness practices in schools. Rebecca is a registered yoga teacher and a certified Mindful Schools Instructor.

Rebecca and Lauren, long time friends who share a similar vision to provide a means to manage our fast paced, highly distractible world, co-created a Mindfulness and Stress Management course (2014), a Mindful Being in Education course (2015), and Mindful Being Minute-Meditation Cards (2016).  Lauren has worked as a massage therapist since 1997 and as a yoga instructor since 2001 (RYT200).  Her training in mindfulness comes from a long history of meditation and training with Mindful Schools.  She is grateful for the opportunity to bring wellness concepts to diverse audiences within and around her community.   Lauren and her husband own Total Wellness in Sun Prairie.
